You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held and secured with a credit card on file. In general, credit cards are preferred to payment by check. You may pay by check or cash for Concierge level of care. Please note in the case of a returned check, you will be charged a check nonsufficient funds fee of $25 for any returned check for any reason or for special handling.

Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be
SUBJECT TO FULL CHARGE IF NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48HOURS IN ADVANCE.

This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. I will be available at any time during the duration of your appointment if you are late.

It's called a 'Good Faith Estimate,' and it's your right to receive one.

As a patient not using insurance or without insurance, health care providers are legally required to give you an estimate of the charges for your treatment. This way, you can make informed decisions about your healthcare and budget accordingly.

But the benefits don't stop there. You can also request a Good Faith Estimate from any provider you choose before scheduling a service. This means you can compare prices, shop around, and find the best fit for your needs and budget.

And if you do receive a bill that's significantly higher than your initial estimate (at least $400 more), don't panic. You have the right to dispute the bill and negotiate for a fair price. Just make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for reference.

So remember, knowledge is power when it comes to your health, request your estimate today and take control of your costs.
